it shows the m24 subsystem for the huey, which seems to be like in this pic.

which is really different from what is used in EOD(bottom pic)

Anyone knows what is the standard? And futher, how the M24 subsystem works? I mean where is the rotate pivots? I guess it have 3 pivots, like in the pic, to allow a better firing position downwards...

The from what I remember proper mount for the M60 on a Huey is the Sagami Mount. Also known as the M23/M24

Though from your ref Pic provided. The RED axis doesnt exist. A
The gun could only rotate, from the looks of it. On the X axis and Y-axis.

Also known as the BLUE and Green Arrows
