it will force tanks to actually stay within AA protect areas

or heaven forbid they have a 2nd squad cover them with AAVs?

And anyway, several of the tools avaliable in the combined arms section are just common sense conveniences, not uberwtfpwningbombs

Yeah, people who are complaining about jet being overpowered and they will wtfbbq everything, wait intill they see the AA and the Tunguska.

No it wont, sure the pilots have a better day at work, but still they are quite vurnerable to AA. But this mod give the pilots a chance to survive.

In anyway how many maps do jets and helos spawn? its like 2 where jets spawn and 4-5 where attack helos spawn. I still have the pleasure to be kileld by an air asset as a infantery, I have been killed 2-3 times as a tank.

If we find a way to put it in PR without affect the balance it could give a very nice change.

In real life planes are probably the very ones who do take out these radar and anti air sites with anti radiation missiles, jammers and such.

Also likely - TLAM strike from naval or ground units, or AGM-129 from B-52 (for the US). Storm Shadow would be the UK preference, and is launchable from more platforms - the GR4, IDS and EF2000.

I would like to see what else this mod offers. As it stands right now this seems heavily geared toward people who fly(I don't). PR is imo a ground pound first air second type thing cause the majority are on the ground. Cas seems like he wanted to do more with the air aspect which looks great, but for a person like myself I'm not to into it.

Looks pretty cool though with some of the things he is offering up. Shame he left the mod. Maybe he could have implemented some of his ideas.

the new HUDs look really great! i also like the coding on the hydras (if they really act that way)!

i looked at their forums and there are some really nice ideas such as arty rework etc, but i also think that many of these changes could force the 1337n00bz to site more around in the mainbases and wait for those new air assets (i mean they really look strong!). of course you could also improve the ground "targets" (kidding ) but how about the simple soldier on the ground? do NOT leave him alone with his "omg it ta3s 133377 S3conds to aim!1!1!1!!" rifle

so please do not stop your ideas and work! this is something that made PR = PR...trying!
