[Faction Proposal] Swedish Forces Faction

Just an idea, I've always loved their equipment, and for their size they have arguably the best force in the world...and they have the coolest looking camo

rifles/camo:

AK5

Stridsvagn 122 (leopard variant)

CV90 APC

HKP 14

HKP 4

and the JAS 39 Gripen, the sexiest fighter jet you will ever see...(actually its more than just a fighter jet, its probably the most versatile jet out there)

Agree this would be awsome to include, heck if I get time I could even contribute if someones starting it. There's one problem though: you'll need a rather plausible scenario for this as Sweden as a neutral country would not declare war or attack an other country (unless as a part of an european battle group)
So it would most certainly be an other country to attack Sweden (like Russia), which in the other hand would be awsome cause you would like fighting in a snow landscape and such.

But heck, if someone gets up a plausible story then I'd contribute with all I could.

I'd like it, though the camo is crud!!! Its all straight edges that''ll show up like a sore thumb!!

Sweden has like 500+ troops in Afghan atm do they not? I'm not sure if they engage in any combat other than being ambushed in a patrol.

Even though I'm Swedish myself I think the modders should focus on bigger and more important armies (like he Russians) before this is being made. Also, in the future-scenario that PR is set in the Swedish army probably won't excist anymore.

This faction wouldn't be that hard to make, though. Swedes uses basically the same equipment as many of the other European armies (L96A1 sniper rifle, Minimi LMG, AT4, Glock 17 pistol). The only handheld weapon that will have to be made is the AK5, but I think Z-Trooper have already made one.

Worth mentioning is that nearly 50% of the Swedish soldiers are women. Making some sexy girl-models is therefore mandatory for this faction!

I disapprove of the Norwegian faction as long as we don't get any maps with Swedes fighting Norwegians in the Trondheim-area.
