Youre right - it probably has no place in main PR as theres no Russian faction and theyre the only operator at present, but Im sure it would be welcome addition in the Russian forces community mod. As for detail - that can be graded for the different LODs and it isnt too detailed apart from the rotor area, which im sure could be scaled back to fit the game.

there are certain poly/tri counts that objects need to maintain to be used, and this exceeds it I'm sure. Nothing difficult to understand there.

And 2nd update is almost done with tail of heli .Just need to finish work with bump and add symbols.

I remember a thread about the Ka-50 before, and I remember a DEV saying that if someone were to create one, they'd probably try and fit it into the game. I mean, why not? It's a perfectly reasonable model, and though their production has stopped, some countries still own and operate a few.

As for the detail, we'll have to wait and see.

ye, that was me and about this model

I locked it cos geze didn't want ppl spamming in it

The poly looks high detail, but you can easily cut the detail down on the LODs and cols, with also if it dose become a little laggy which i doubt it will with good LODs and cols, then you can cut the poly down on the main mesh.
