yea your right mrmong. also with the weels.

If there are several identical objects simply lay thir UV on top of eachother, that way it will only take up 1's space but still textur all of them. So all rotor blades can be compacted into one, the same for the weels.

thanks ok i have done now 1 side of the chinook only its a bit pressd together just scale out to fix that or......

yeah just stretch it out to resemble the side the best, the checker board texture helps out a lot with this.

ok a new uv i think it still not good but it shut be a lot beter btw uv mapping aint boring its cool to do

okay that looks a lot cleaner, now try matching those two uvs that are the same on top of each other and stretch them out a bit, just imagine what it would be like to texture.

mmm i treid to strechd it out but it is going to make it biger is there a option for sinds that scale gismo only works whit make it biger or smaller
