1 question, why isn't it fully public?
I mean it should be allowed to be played on any server IMO.

Also if this map isn't tweaked at some points it will still fail for us chopper whores.

Its not available to ALL servers to run, as it is not a core map, and we don't want the core game diluted with these maps !!

The map has not been tweaked for this no, however dependent on its popularity, we will be looking at map packs in the future with a few servers running the maps in rotation (once we get 6 or so maps done), then it would be tweaked.

Hope that explains things .... and at the end of the day you play the map if you want to ... simple really

The map needs to be edited before it is released to the public, there were large amounts of graphical errors, and the bases were pleh...

When i try to download this, it says it is a compressed zip folder. After it downloads, i can't install it. Somebody please get back to me!

rightclick, save - unpack with winzip/winrar/7zip and copy desert rats folder to pr levels folder (keep attention that there is no desert_rats folder inside desert_rats folder)
