"There is a Problem With Your Connection" last straw!

I give up... greeted with this error every single time I join a server. 0.856 did it on about half the servers.

Been playing Arma2 and decided to come back ... now 0.86 does it on every server. Tried across XP/Vista/Win 7 with no security software or routers or anything!

So I give up lol unless this was solved somewhere although by my latest search of the forum, nothing is a fix!

Tis a big shame, game play is 353562347623 times better than Arma2 imo!

When asking for help,
please remember to post your:
O/S,
systems specks,
network setup
And a brief history before and after problem started.
Please describe when your CTD or problem hits and
what you have already tried.
