.NET 2.0 RUNTIME ERROR ???

I have the following error and I've tried resonably everything, I reinstalled all the .NET frameworks, and PR from scratch (I mean, not the patch but the core and level files), still doesn't work !!!

.NET Runtime 2.0 Error
EventType clr20r3, P1 pr.exe, P2 0.0.0.0, P3 4a066ac7, P4 projectreality, P5 1.0.3417.10467, P6 4a066ac7, P7 c4, P8 a6f, P9 system.nullreferenceexception, P10 NIL.

Is there a genius out there that could tell me what this is ? This sucks man, I wanted to play now......
