did you use a torrent? If you did you can right click on the torrent in the program (uTorent as an exapmle) and 'Force Re-check', it will check for corrupted pieces and re-downloads the 246kb it needs.

and if you didn't use the torrent but FTP, place you pr_0860_core_setup.exe file in your torrents download file and download the torrent (this has patched my missing sections
