ATI CCC SMARTGART Issue.

Every time I click to open the CCC it says CCC will not be fully functional until SMARTGART has determined your optimal graphics settings or something along those lines.

Anyone else have this problem? Any way to get rid of it? Catalyst drivers are 9.5 I beleive.

I did have the same problem some time ago.
It was after i downgrade my drivers, and didnt remove CCC first.
