Game has mini freezes fpor the first 10 mins

Ok this has been happening a while and i thought it would go away, every time a new round starts i get mini game freezes for about the first 10 minutes, and this is really annoying especially when im flying a chopper full of people, ive had PR a while now and it didnt used to do this it just started doing it about 2-3 months ago. Any one know what this is and how to fix it? Thanks.
