Mumble crashing when setting Squad leader shortcut

PR Beta crashes on my system if I change whatever option there is and then press ok button. My O/S is Windows 7 RC1. The Mumble itself works ok, but I can't set the squad leader radio shortcut.

RE. Win 7, have you tried running it in compatibility mode for vista or XP...

Yes actually this might be happening if you have the vanilla version of mumble installed (problems with setting the Squadleader Radio). They share a database at the moment, but I change that in the 0.5v coming.

XP SP2, with both the PR beta and v1.18

Unless u use ur mumble for specific distances etc in other games, I suggest uninstalling normal mumble you can always reinstall if I'm wrong.

Hmm. My Mumble is working again, I didn't do anything. Maybe the system boot was what it needed. Now my PR is working perfectly.

Yes I would uninstall vanilla mumble first then install the PR mumble. If you havent ... uninstall both then reinstall the PR mumble (and when uninstalling tick the box that says remove database and preferences). Basically the problem is arising because the database where all the settings are stored is named the same as the vanilla mumble at the moment, so they are sharing and conflicting (in the 0.4 beta). I have fixed this in the 0.5 beta version so that the two should happily coexist side by side. Of course there might be some more issues, but this is what it being an open beta is about ... to discover these

I have this problem with beta 0.4 (pr) with NO previous version mumble ever installed on this build (Win7 RC). I also had it with 0.3 on Vista.

I made it work.. but can't remember exactly how. Avoid the wizard and don't try and change too many settings at once.. seemed to help. i.e set up your input & output settings, save and close then open an try the shortcuts. (not very scientific, but worked for me.)
