PnkBstrB.exe Driver Failure

[Vision_16]

I am getting kick for PnkBstrB.exe Driver Failure on BF2 servers while I am playing PR. I have allowed PnkbstrA and PnkbstrB on my firewall, re-installed BF2 and PR and tried re-installing PB but when I run pbsvc.exe, it freezes on "PnkbstrK driver status." I need some help please. I am running Vista 32 Home Premium with Norton 360 as my security program.

This is what happens when I try and re-install PB: (It gets frozen on the end there)
