Singleplayer problem

I have no maps, either creating local or internet or anything else. The training section is completely empty somehow.

I can join though, there I do have the maps.

Basically multi player and single player are treated as different games, each use two installers, but PRSP needs PRMP installed first, as it uses some of its files.
