Punkbuster really SUCKS.. WTF is a curropted memory?

kicked for corrupted file/memmory [120148]

It happens after 3 minutes of gameplay.
Why does this happen? It's Stupid!

I am getting this too now, I'll try manually updating PB.

Since last night I got the same error message and I tried everything. I deleted my cache for BF2, I reinstalled BF2 and I checked my ram with Memtest. But nothing helped and I found nothing on Google.

An hour ago I searched for the error again and suddenly I found something. It appears that the error occured the first time last night, but not for us but for many others too. And it seems as Fraps is the reason. I didn't try it for myself yet, but disable Fraps and try again. Maybe also updating Fraps works.

Looks like that is the problem. Sucks not being able to use fraps for screenshots anymore not to mention capturing game play.

how do i disable FRAPS? isn't it a programm for screens? because i dont have it installed but i keep getting kicked for the same reason as you mentioned....
