This might be a dumb question, something missed in the thread, or difference in regulations cross culture;
But why not turn it over to Dell, tell them the cumputer you bought off them is acting like crap and they better fix it for you? No average consumer would spend this much effort when something went broke out of the blue. From my experiences, atleast the norwegian Dell-branch is known for great customer support.. |

hey i duno if ur still going at this or if ur gone but (not sure if u did from the many posts) did u ever update directx?
also, i get this funny issue with my dell laptop (inspiron 1720) is that sometimes if i dont plug in my laptop right ill have major performance issues and it took me a while to figure out. itll say its plugged in but act as if its on battery mode which is really slow (even with high performance setting in the power options). so u can try unplugging ur laptop for a good 30 min, then make sure u plug it in properly into the power outlet. |
