Headset and mic

I've gone through about 7 headsets and i hate having to buy a new one everytime. I've been using the cheap $20 headsets and a logitech which I thought would work good, unfortunately no. Looking for a good one this time. here's what i'm looking for:

-Under $100
-Good 3D sound (so I can hear a tank 1 mile away in PR)
-Microphone for teamspeak and mumble
-reliable

I've been looking at a couple at the electronics store near me. The kind that interests me are these. Want to know how good they are.
