Hey.
Today my headset broke... from putting them on my head. Without a noice, i sat with one earclock in my hand, with chords sticking out. Piece of crap. I considered fixing them, but when i opened it up i broke it some more. So i need a new pair. My old server me well (Steelsound 5Hv2), good for gaming not so good for music, but there was some annoyance from my other half as a a good deal of sound also made it into the surroundings. Any input, recommandations? I won't spend more then max 100 euro/USD. My best guess would be Sennheiser PC-series, does any have experience with these? They're not all that to look at, but neither was my old ones. |

![]() Creative Fatal1ty gayming headset. I have one of those and I think they are pretty good for their price (30-40€). |

I have Sennheiser PC-161s and they are golden, VERY sturdy build quality, and great sound at both the low and high volume levels, as well as a good mix of bass and treble.

That's my initial thought, Vox.
Creative has a bad cling to it, i've have very poor experience with them trough the years. Need to check up on some tests, but in my experience you pay alot just for the 'Fatal1ty'-tag. |

Got a logitech digital precision for christmas, after i broke 3 headsets last year
Its solid, comfortable (still after a few hours), has a nice output, comes with a usb adapter and looks kinda weird And to be honest, i prefer listening music and movies through the headset than through the 5.1 surround sound system. The price is around 35€ here.

I've the Creative Fatality (gayming?
It was actually quite cheap and so far have no problems with it. Mostly because you don't need drivers for it which is the bane of Creative. Good sound, comfortable and rigid (survived a few falls with no consequences). |

Have a read of this thread: http://www.realitymod.com/forum/f329...w-headset.html The Fatility headsets are very cheap on Amazon, but you can get exactly the same headphones, without the label fatility label for around 25% less. Creative HS-450 Headset: Amazon.co.uk: Electronics & Photo - buy 2 sets so youve got the spare ready when they break ( The reason all the different headsets break so easily, is that the wires get crushed/tripped over ) | |
