Modding the mod

haven't managed to find any other thread related to this, but i'm not very good at looking.

anyway i was wondering if, should a developer or someone with the required expertise have the time, i could get some help with tweaking certain aspects of the mod.

it's great, but the things i want to change are:

1 the blur effect when being shot at - very annoying, could do without it.
2 being able to steal vehicles from the other team - very useful, would like it back.
3 UAV and artillery back for the commander, if possible.

any help with this would be much appreciated, i'd probably blow the thing up if i tried doing it myself. oh, and i don't intend to play online with these fixes, just single player (co-op specifically)

I dont think you can change anything in the mod. Your requesting to chnage things that make PR well PR.

check PR single player forums they can change stuff client side to "mess about" or what ever, for example:
