Slight stuttering in IS & looking about.

This is a kind of weird one guys and ive been getting this problem with FH2 and PR since I started playing them around PR V 0.4/5 I think. My fps is ok but sometimes when bringing up the IS in PR its like it skips a few frames and the IS jumps it also does this when moving around on the spot sometimes.

Ive checked my fps and that seems fine I also have the latest drivers for my GFX card and about a month ago done a fresh install of windows.

Changing the GFX/resolution settings in PR doesn't really help either ive turned them up and then down again and its still the same.

Any help would be welcome .
