Hello. I have the CTD problem when loading the next map. First map loads always fine. I'd like to try that fixed exe but the url in the first post seems to be down? Can I download it somewhere else? I did not find any site with google..

I am unable to run PR. There is no .exe to run it, and I can't find how I need to modify the vanilla .exe in order to run PR. The first post says to check the installation guide however the link sends me to a page that requires special access. I'm just looking for what I must add to the command line in order to run PR.

Never mind, I found it on my own after searching some other forums. For anyone else asking this question, here's what you do:
Add " +modPath mods/pr " to your command line.
You should end up with something similar to:
"E:\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2\BF2.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +modPath mods/pr

Quick question, I am running on 64-bit Vista Ultimate with the follow specs

Quad core Q6600 (2.5)

9800 GX2 video card (1028 )

4 G DDR3 RAM running at 1667 hz (Double the speed of normal RAM)

Yet it appears when I set everything to high like it should handle easy I get random crashes to desktop without warning.

I just DL'd the BF2.exe fix where the game can use more than 2 G of RAM and it was great until; the random crash which I never get at medium settings.

So to sum up before the BF2.exe fix setting the video options to high was very bad as I would get memory leaks and crash within a few minutes. After the fix It worked great, ran smooth... but then randomly quit to the desktop without warning after say an hour of play.

Any ideas? Feels a shame to have to cut back on a system I shouldn't need to.

I have a question if someone can help with this. After Installing PR 0.85 will I still be able to play BF2 on BF2 original ranked servers? also when I play on the PR Server will it effect my actual score for BF2 Ranked server. Thankyou.
