I used one of these Akasa Aluminum Alloy Notebook Cooler on my laptop in Iraq for 6 months and it was very good at keeping it cool in the desert.

Oh wow, I have the same one. Though it's very old, I bought it like a year ago, or perhaps is just one that looks like that.

Both the G84 and G86 graphics cards were announced by Nvidia to be part of the defective line and are known to overheat and downclock, until eventually they fail. I suggest you contact Dell and ask for a replacement even if your warranty might have expired.
i thought my intake fan was from the back but apparently i was mistaken so when i play the intake fan was always blocked which led to extreme overheating = Low FPS !

Thanks for the help guys i realy appreciate it !

If you are on the road(in a hotel):

I found that the top of the AC/Heater Unit is very cold. I'm not sure if it is because it is linked to outside where it was cold, or if it always is cold. But, it did help to set it on the unit, pull a chair up and get some PR in. Sure the air being blown on you gets annoying, but at least you aren't getting a BSOD every time you play for 5 min. This really only works if the laptop is close the the top of the unit, otherwise it's just like regular air cooling.

If you don't want to lean foreward for an hour or so to get a round in, you can set the laptop on your lap, and have the fan blow under it while keeping legs outward to allow airflow.

I used option one, but my back got awkward after awhile :P
