Battle Recorder/Director Help

Okay, I've downloaded some BR files from the "Barracks" tab in the game. They ended up here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos

I copied the files I wanted into here:

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\pr\Demos

so I could watch them in Battledirector. When I try to open them in Battledirector, I get the splash screen and the intros (I think) but the screen just goes black after that. I looked in-game for the files and they aren't even in my library.
Any help getting me to view them?

BTW: The files seem abnormally small, perhaps the download god FUBARed.

If they're under 50-100 MB, they got FUBARed :P

That was my suspicion. 1MB would seem to suggest FUBARed considering all the others were over 50MB. Oh well. Thanks!
