Voip Problem + Teamspeak?

Hello everyone! After alot of trouble with the captchas at the registration i finally managed to read it so now im here^^(they are quite impossible to read aint they?).
Ive tried forums search but it seems noone has experienced this problem before, it is as follows:

Sometimes in Pr in the middle of the fight my Voip just stops working. Its like at the start of the round it works and then randomly my squadmates just see that voip ip symbol with the cross on it.

I think it has to do, that i run teamspeak simultaneously, but i dont know how it shall affect it? The funny thing is in Teamspeak my friends still hear me but not in PR. And I dont even notice it most of the times, because my voip symbol stays the normal one, only the other squad members see the cross, if they look carefully.

if you want to know my system specs, ill attach the dxdiag

Try to start PR and join a server before you load up TeamSpeak, then both should work.

try this:

go to execute,type: dxdiag and in the sound put in basic aceleration.

If you have an X-FI card, switch from game mode to entertainment mode and back during game.
It will work then.
Just ALT + TAB out.

I DO own a xfi but it says that the mode cant be changed during the game?

hmmm didn't know that one.. will have to try that. Thanks.

However normally being in Entrainment mode totally screws up bf2/pr sound settings. But will try it next time this happens.

OP... voip turning off mid round seems to be a fairly common, but irregular problem. In the past i've simply restarted bf2/pr and its all worked again. And i'm not aware of any connection to this problem and TeamSpeak. I thought it was a pure bf2 bug issue. (affecting certain hardware/driver setups)
But maybe Bosco knows different??

Doesnt matter! It'll make an aweful crackling sound (mine does) and then VoIP works again... at least for a while. Just click "ok" and tab back into game. If the problem occurs again -> same procedure.
I've figured that if you set sound quality to "High" instead of "Ultra High" the VoIP bug happens less often.
