PR 0.75 XP doesn't work - Page 4

All mods work perfect, PR used to work aswell till 0,75 came. It doesnt work because its launched by pr.exe, not bf2.exe. Thats the only one problem, causing bf2 not to work with EA download manager.

Well, Forgotten Hope doesnt work for me. It acts the exact same as PR. Screen telling me to launch forgotten hope.exe and when I do it says bf2.exe does not exist. I have to play forgetten hope the exact same way i play PR , through the custom games inside bf2

I am getting the exact same problem as you guys. Any button I press does nothing at the warning screen except alt-f4 which takes me back to my desktop???? I don't know what to do. I can't even get into the original bf2 now either. Just to let you guys know my bf2 is a retail version.

The problem sounds like it's with the downloadable version of the game.

I too have the downloaded version and have tried everything and still get the same error.

Please fix it.

when i click the shortcut, it works and when i load a map it crashes after 15 seconds.....yesterday i tried to click pr.exe in C:\...\bf2\mods\ but that gives the same error :/

Same issue. I'm on Windows XP Home Edition SP 2.

I downloaded my games from the EA games website via the installer.

When running PR, I get the warning screen using the desktop icon. When going into the mod window and clicking on pr.exe, I get the bf2.exe does not exist window.

ok guys some testing has been doen, there is a possibility we have found a fix but dont know if its going to work for everyone, im just wating for [R-DEV]Gaz to come online so we can double check and post this fix.
