PR 0.75 XP doesn't work - Page 3

just incase you guys haven't already. i've pm'd the devs about this. Securom checks have come back with a perfectly normal working BF2. so the error is not where i thought it was. it has to be a PR fault. only thing it can be.

Is there anyway to explore the folder you downloaded BF2:CC from EA? Are there separate folders for each game, so you can install them and patch in order?

The DVD version has the games in separate installer folders on the disk, so vanilla, SF, AF and EF have their own folders which the main BF2:CC installer runs. I did read that EA-downloaded BF2 is different in this thread, but it wouldn't hurt to explore the folder of the disk/game.

Yes, you can explore. It inludes setup only(with data cabs).
Its one installation that includes battlefield 2 +special forces +euro force +armored fury+ 1.4 patch. You can't change anything at installing proccess. It doesnt ask for CD key(game code), since game is verified trough EA game downloader(it is launched every time you launch BF2 and mods).

Its noy just EA downloader people that are having trouble, i have Retail, and i get the same message. I've tried all the fixes that you guys suggested, and nothing

Its not just PR unfortunatly, Last night I tried another mod and ran into the exact same problems.

I purchased Bf2 again after like 2 years specicifically to try this mod, so now I play it by entering bf2 community and custom games but my question is, what does this change? How exactly is entering through bf2.exe altering my game???? Seems fine, mod is awesome lol
