Toggle Crouch Problem

Ok, for some reason, whenever I hit Ctrl ingame to go crouch, I crouch, but I do not stand back up. And when I go to prone, I have to hit crouch and then stand to stand back up. I also tried Counterstrike and it is the same in that game. I believe it has something to do with the stickykeys because I accidentally messed around with that. I am just trying to get it back to stock settings. Anyone know how?

if u want to access sticky keys just spam the SHIFT key like 10 times and it should appear. not sure if thats related to ur problem tho

if you are talking about some kind of special gamers pad/keyboard or some kind of special software you might want to name it
