crashing to desktop v0.6 - Page 2

Hi guys,
I also have been having a simular problem,
BF is patched to 1.41, I installed the latest release of PR (0609) and played on a server for half an hour or so with no problems. A day later I connected to a server, spawned and after a minute I was 'kicked by pb for 2 mins because of md5 tool ........'I dont know the rest(I thought I took a screeny of the message but must of pressed wrong button or somthing). After this I tried reconnecting a number of times to different servers but when It got to the loading screen it kept CTD'ing. I then uninstalled and reinstalled but it still crashed to desktop.
After checking the forums I then tried using the 'windowed mode' for an error message, but the game actually loads up in window mode but something is wrong with the textures...

Does any one know how to sort this?
Any help is appretiated

nice bug there dude...

sorry i should have posted this sooner, i hate when people don't post a solution. i installed the proper version and all is fine and dandy, loving it.

Grafic bug.
Quit BF2 and start it again.

We hav several users that gets CTD and most of them are using Vista.
Its doesnt seem to be map specific, and it happens anytime.
Map change, in the middle of the game etc.

I had CTDs with Vista and went back to Xp, and after that I had one CTD but it was when the server crashed.
