The Soviets may not have been racist but statistically they exterminated far more people than the Nazis. I don't think that kind of thing should be celebrated in a signature.

Yep. I already got banned for a week. I made a satirical response to the hammer and sickle and boom, banned for a week. I really don't understand the justification but it's done now. I'll be watching for the Soviet symbol to disappear but take no further action personally to keep myself safe from a repeat ban.

Culturally and traditionally, Americans do not like other cultures, I understand that, and I respect that. But the internet is not America, and you are depriving me of my right to conscience under the UN Charter by refusing to let me wear a signature like mine. You might not know this, but not all internet users are American or British. So let's not have this discussion, and if Canadians can live with my signature, so can you.

If America, or Canada, methodically exterminated 10 million people then I would find their flag distasteful too.
