Strange voice command stuttering

first of all, congratz to this nice piece of art =)

Ive upgraded my PC at the weekend to an A64 3500+, x1950 pro and an ASUS SLI-SE. Installed BF2, then PoE2 and finally PRMM. BF2 and PoE2 run just fine for me, but in PRMM the voice commands are so stuttering, that i cant understand a word. Rest of the sound works just fine, effects, gunfire and vehicles sounds are ok.

Sound quality is on medium/ hardware without EAX. Tried on high but got the same problem. Updated audio drivers.... someone got a hint for me? thx in advance...
