sounds like your computer is having bluescreens
faulty drivers or corrupt system files might be the cause

googling the bluescreen error might help
to see the bluescreen: Disabling Blue Screen Of Death Auto-Reboot - Windows XP Tips and Tweaks on Tune XP

you could also try to run "chkdsk c: /r": How to Understand and Use Chkdsk in Windows XP

maybe i didnt make this clear: the pc reboots BECAUSE it gets a bluescreen - but you cannot see the bluescreen because it instantly reboots - so you have to turn off that it reboots on fatal errors (described in guide which i gave you the link for) - so instead of a reboot you will get a bluescreen

and a bluescreen has an error msg that might be slightly more descriptive then a reboot

hmm, a pitty..

what are your system specs? (maybe ur system is overheating on a long hdd access - causes a lot of heat - and then the system reboots for safety purposes - checking temps during install would be interresting)

i also suggest you redownload the installer to make sure its not corrupted
are you installing the .net with a seperate installer?

Temps are ok ^
Since 2 days I've problems with power supply/Feeder.
Power on line 12V = 9-10V so its to small and my PC ain't stable.
I'm going to buy new on Saturday/Sunday.

@edit
My friend have this same Windows[From this same CD]. On his PC netFramework run without problems ^
