 What's with THAT upload speed? (A second test also had similar numbers.) Edit: Above test was in the evening. The following test in the morning (inside Japan):   To a server in Taiwan.

 You usually get what you pay for with Virgin Media, with some slower speeds at main peak times, better than BT! |
