Default MD5 Tool error

I get all sorts of MD5Tool errors from punkbuster. Ive tried everything to get it to work... searched the end of the internet for an answer but no luck. Ive already reinstalled everything that has to do with BF2/PR. The latest Error im getting is related to Aidll.dll i noticed a post on here that someone had a problem with that during a tourny as well and the suggestion was to have some one zip it and share it with him im not opposed to that idea if anyone is would be so kind as to do that for me. Otherwise going through the patch logs it looks like this file was patched in the 1.5 patch without any errors any way i can force the game to repatch without uninstalling everything? Ive tried to extract the file from the exe patch file with no luck and ive also tried getting it out of my temp folder but it doesnt look like the installer gets far enough when i do that. Any advice?

I noticed you said you re-installed everything to do with BF2/PR.

Can you mention your OS and version please?

Did you install 1.41 before 1.5?
Assuming this is the first time you have patched to 1.5 and it caused you problems after that, i would re-download 1.5 from another location, and repatch.
