Default USB boot

I need to make a USB boot for flashing BIOS. I have googled and tried many applications. Didn't get it right.

Is there a easy solution to make the USB flash-able, without needing to download many things and enter commands.

What motherboard are you attempting to flash? Most Asus boards have an "EZ Flash" utility in the BIOS where all you need is the .ROM file on a USB, it doesn't actually need to be bootable.
