How good is the windows default disk defragmenter program against other disk defragmenting software?
Which one would you choose? If other, please post the name of the program. I am in need of a good/better defragmenting program since the default program does not meet my expectations. - USMC_VietJim94 |

I use Diskeeper It is a great program and will defrag allot better than the default windows app. It will also automatically defrag your computer when your not on.

I use smart defrag: Defragment Disk | Smart Defrag | Free Disk Defragmenter Download pretty much the same idea as the above but I don't know which is better.

Checking out the Auslogics defragger now, it's pretty fast and did my C drive in about 10 mins (Albeit only an 80GB partition that has Vista and drivers on but still, pretty good) and it's slowly chipping through my Programs Partition.
I'll jump on the wagon for recommending it, it's dam good. |

Being using Auslogic for a while now with no complaints.

Apparently, lead is not good for you if ingested, at any velocity. And whilst I'm here, you're not a PC and Windows 7 wasn't your idea, live with it!!! |
