North africa is of french interest atm, chad/darfur.

If all fails lets just say that Gordon Brown farted at a french state visit, the resultant insult to French pride sparked the second 100 years war

Just throw the French at the MEC, PLA and/or Russians... who says every community faction has to currently be in Afghanistan to qualify?

Apparently the French government has agreed to send 1000 troops in Southern Afghanistan to fulfill the demands made by the Canadian government for more NATO support. I believe the US have also agreed to send some Marines in the area. Now if only Germany could send their troops a lil more to the south.
