Default [Map] Ksatta Osay (4km) [Scrapped]

A new ADF Mod map...
it is 4x4


Here is the details...

"With the Dutch Troops withdrawal from the Oruzgan Province the Taliban have increased their activity and have moved from their mountain strong holds back into the civilian populace. Ksatta Osay is a small city/town, population of about 2000. The city Has a rich opium farming region, which the Taliban is using to source money for weapons and continue their insurgent attacks within the Province.

As a result of the dutch withdrawal NATO and the ISAF in Afghanistan have given the ADF the role of the primary security and reconstruction force in the Oruzgan province.

As the Taliban attacks and movement increase the ADF Troops have made a tactical withdrawal out of Ksatta Osay city back to the small base to the north. On the following morning the ADF mount a rapid offensive operation aimed at unseating the newly self appointed Taliban Warlord and chasing the Taliban insurgents out of Ksatta Osay and the back into the mountains.

The aim of the operation is to Quickly secure Ksatta Osay, Pursuing the Taliban out of the region back to their mountain hideouts."

Awesome but i dont think the construction site really fits in. Other than that, its looking great.

yeah i thought so too!

im really waiting for Rhino's new afghan statics which will hopefully be featuring in 0.8 to make it more authentic!

Looks great trip, my only worry is the lack of transport maybe give them another ASLAV or Bushmaster. Other then that great job. Cant wait to play this

i aim to challenge SL and CO so more cooperation is played out between them and also that the assets are valuable and shouldn't be used un-wisely!

the map, because of its size will make Firebases, bunkers and rally points essential...!

but yet of cause the assets atm are just a guide there could be more or less!

Yeah i was going to say that too. Seeing as your in the beginning stages of making this map you might as well leave room for/plan around in anticipation of the statics coming wit version 8.

statics and roads/splines are easily deleted and replaced so im going to keep going and plan out cap areas with current ingame statics then once 0.8 is released with the new statics i will simply replace the old with the new... its no biggy for me!

with putting the statics in now im able to keep forming ideas into my head as to the layout of each area of the map is some detail...!
