Been busy with school, haven't made any real progress. I have managed to get a free student edition of 3ds max, so here's a much sexier looking render. I think my nest step will be to try and model the inside and then see how I'm doing with the tri count.

nothing makes a vehicle look worse than low poly wheels, I'd highly recommend you use more poly on those wheels, may be 16 sided cylinders as base shape to get you started. If it comes to it, I'd recommend optimizing/getting rid of some small unimportant details such as those rib looking things on the 2 lamps on top of the vehicle.

Got the inside finished(the base walls and floor I mean), fixed the wheels, reduced some tris. Currently at 6965 tris - 3344 polys.

Not sure how to proceed from here as I don't have any good reference pictures of the inside or the bottom. Here are the only pictures I have of the inside:

and

The first one was much smaller, part of a bigger image, not a very good reference. The last one looks like its a different variant, and not much is visible.
Also as you can see in this picture, I haven't done much with the bottom, I have those two half-spheres there to connect the axles, once again, lack of reference limiting what I can do.

Any tips and reference pictures would be appreciated.

I know there are opposite facing bench seats in the rear area, much like in a troop carrier.

Latest Renders:

As you can see, I have modeled the inside. I think I am about done with the modeling, currently at 7652 tris, 3682 polys. I don't want to start uv unwrapping until I have the model completely finished, so if any modeling pros have any more tips to share that would be cool.

This looks awesome mate. Does the Grizzly have any defence systems? Or Armaments?
