Operation Peacekeeper is about Bosnia and its also BSS. Maybe if you ask it friendly you can use the Serbia army. Or you can use the old militia. If you got a army you have a good starting point.

PMC vs Militia in Bosnia, very weird....very, Bosnia my neighbouring country cant have militia lol xD
Drug Dealers yes any other criminal's yes but not militia, i guess this year(or last) a newspapers company owner got killed by these kind of criminals he was a very "important" guy... Not militia exactly but some "Balkan Criminals" since Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro We all speak a very similar if not identical language , so the enemy could be the Balkan Criminals, would fit i think

if u wanna make this, perhaps you should talk w/ the french subforum guys to see if theyre willing to collaborate in the making of this faction. i was thinking a reskin of the OGG... olive drab to camos and shoulderpads.
