Grea idea on the "other logo"
I really not trying to drowned you ideas here but I wouldn't say AAS. PMC are not a fighting force, they are mostly hired to do security work. Now you could do a small counter attack mode or restarts the VIP mode. There is a hole thats not filled by smaller games modes. The over all PR plan is to have these HUGE maps. BUt not everyone has 4 hours to play one |

Good point. I've never used python before, but making a new gametype for PMC sounds like a good idea.

I have to agree on making it a different name. Other than that i guess it might be cool because this is a good and realistic excuse to use some of the newer more "cool" weapons.
As for what mode its in, i suggest just sticking with insurgency. |

I like this idea seeing as how PMC's are used irl, and yeah Insurgency or extraction (isnt somthing simmilar to it coming back?) will be good for them if they make it ingame

I agree that a new gamemode would be needed/resurrected extraction mode, also support the notion for a fictional PMC to avoid any ambiguities.

Good to see you remade the thread for an actual [WIP]. Get the ball rolling on this, this could really open up some cool gameplay. I especially like the talks of VIP/Escort/Extract
My advice is dont give them 90 hp when others have 100, thats just bad imo. If youre gonna make a new faction thats fighting in the modern world give them 100 like everyone else. If the insurgents have 100, the US have 100[+body armor], the Brits have 100[+body armor], the Chinese have 100[+body armor], the MEC have 100[+body armor], the Militia have 100...theres no reason the PMC shouldnt either. If you really want, dont give some classes body armor, but dont give them less "life" as it just doesnt make sense. |

Oh, well if Insurgents have 100 hp, PMC will definately get 100 and probably some light armor like a vest for the chest. The pilot and contractor characters will be the only ones, no one's going to be heavy.
And, despite the fact that I am happy as well to see this is a wip, I'm sort of depressed to see that the mod contributors currently consists of me, myself and which ever PR dev made the SUV. No matter, it's good to see people enthusiastic. |
