between Windows Vista and my Nvidia 9800GT. I just cannot get the two to get along since I updated from the disc drivers. Third party drivers have offered me limited usability, but I still crash on Very High graphics setting. I've searched the internet for hours about the Nvidia Vista 64bit conflict and no one seems to have a solution. It seems the problem has existed since Vista was released. Internet searches suggest that I should downgrade back to XP 32bit or change card manufacturers. I just bought this PC and card together at Best Buy in the last 14 months. I feel like I was sold a lemon. Can anybody help fix this conflict or suggest new cards?

what are the symptoms?
have you treid drivers from my all-time favourit nvidia driver site: NVIDIA & Laptop News | Latest NVIDIA drivers and related news | laptopvideo2go.com ? they unlock the drivers so you can use any for your card, no limitation dictated by the installer anymore |

Did you properly remove all traces of the drivers before installing the 9800?
