I've been running at 1920x1200 for years so I'd imagine that 1920x1080 would be fine.

In target put at the end. +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1920 +szy 1080 |

I have a 24" running 1920x1200. No need to force the resolution since 1.5, its in the menu. But x1080 might be another story.
