Corsair value RAM can't run with HyperX series, so go with Kingston.
About PSU - any 500-600W PSU will do (from good manufacturer of course: That would be Corsair, OCZ, Seasonic |

Pock if you have HyperX then its the best to buy identical ram sticks and dont go with other manufacturer or model. So HyperX is Kingston but you need to know which ones exactly ( CAS latency - 9-9-9-24-2T etc. ) and then go buy new ones. Of course slighly different latencies wont hurt but as long as its same density or manufacturer. | |

Those modules you wish to buy are running at 9-9-9-27 @800 Mhz which you cant achieve since your old ones run @667 9-9-9-24
