[Public Testing] Official rally point beta test has ended

We would like to thank everyone that participated and reported their feedback during our official 0.874x beta tests of the rally points and other related changes.

We went through 3 separate server-side updates to 0.874 ranging from no RPs (b), expiring RPs (c) and limited expiring RPs (d). Other rules were tweaked to help with the adaptation of these changes, like one supply crate to build a Forward Outpost, more FOs available, lower spawn times, etc.

This period of testing will definitely help the DEV team make a more informed decision on what will be changed for future releases.

The participating server admins were given the choice to go back to 0.874 code, or stay at 0.874D. So keep an eye on the server name to know which rules are active.

I hope the rally points stay. The expiring one just plain sucked and the no-rally point would work if the maps get finetuned for it.

Haven't been playing PR at all lately since servers were running the beta

I think the first one with out rallies was good, but didn't get much of a chance to try the other two with expirin and limited expirin. Still I did like the whole no-rally thing.
