Heh your post just perked my interest, could you clarify what's happening using a few more layman's terms? The only bolt action rifle I've handled was a No. 4 and that was a few years back..

i always think about this video when people talk about bolt operation
it's good cause you have multiple shooters shooting a lot of rounds in rapid succession.

Disregard - I assumed the modern rifles had spring loaded bolt actions, but I was wrong ^^
