A few questions:

What is the zoom level ? (Should be like the Striker at least imo,considering RL range)
How many ATGM does it carry? (8 ATGM's + 40 "regular" shells?)

They are, the bow mgs are control by the player riding inside

You can request ALL kits (except pilot) from the BMP-3, just like all the other APCs...

Is it safe to say this is the "APC" for the MEC? or just another IFV?

well it is a IDF/light Tank, and the BTR-90 is also a IDF, the MEC do currently not have a APC (unless the BTR-60 was not only given to the russians but also to the mec, which might be possible too)
