I love it. My only worry would be the lack of cover for infantry but I'm sure some ambushes will benefit from the trees and encourage some new infantry tactics.

the Infantry will really need to stay Mech Infantry for them to be really useful but no dout a squad on foot could easily slip behind enemy lines

Yeah. The ridges seem like they could create some very sweet mech inf + armor vs. mech inf + armor battles over long distance. Will be sweet. Other thing I like is that because of flags in order to cap a flag you really need to secure the area, not just the flagpole because otherwise the armor is gonna HEAT your ass to death as the flags arent particuarly defendable locations themselves, but the outlying regions are.

do rivers really flow into lakes like that? im no geography man but i thought they always had a river flowing out to sea too.

Daaaang... thats a leap and bound for PR that map ...

I'm afraid of the rumors of AA I have heard if I have to play an aircraft on that map...

Though I love flanking and sneaking past people in the forest, so I will love the northern flank

ya i want to see a commander set up a firebase and have half the team kill the Chinese from behind! And then they can go in the river.
