They do actually. The only difference is that they have to do it in a more stressful environment. An EpiPen is going to do the same thing regardless if it's being used on a casuality in a war or a civilian.

All I'm suggesting is scrap the EpiPen step and replace it with the defib. It's just replacing a model and name with another one.

As far as I know they're changing the medic dynamics so that you won't have to do it in firefights anymore... you can clear the area first and then worry about reviving:

Ok everything is ok now the most important part you gotta infrom everybody we have less medics in the game anyway and now its getting complicated lol the new players wont make it and i dont want to explain stuff in a 2 full squad firefight lol i hope you type it in as a tip box in the map loading because this is really important

So with the next release you bring a 200 pages manual with it? i think newbies will need it
