Holy crap I just realized something! If the Epipen is a realistic low cost and easy to get ahold of revive solution(As compared to defrib in certain parts of the world). Then will the insurgents get back their Medic class? And I'm not talking about a civi with an epipen and pump ability added. I mean an Honest to freaking goodness Doctor class! Oh god that would be so awesome!

Does the CPR thing have to be done before you use the lil' needle? Or is it just a precaution for the stuck bodies? What I'm asking is; is there a set order of usage of the items for them to work?
