That is the question.
With all the whiney gits we get complaining about using the Tanguska on ground targets (despite the fact it was designed to do that in RL ) I doubt it.

The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

if the anti-armour abilities of the starstreak can be implemented into PR then, my god, this will be more of a threat compraed to any old CR2
